黄绍刚辨治腹泻型肠易激综合征经验

摘　　要：黄绍刚教授认为“肝郁脾虚,心神失调”是腹泻型肠易激综合征的基本病机,腹痛责之于肝,泄泻责之于脾,腹泻型肠易激综合征迁延难愈则多与心神失调相关;提出“疏肝健脾、养心安神”为腹泻型肠易激综合征的基本治疗大法,采用自制中药复方肠激灵治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征,临床疗效满意。Professor HUANG Shao-Gang believes that the fundamental pathogenesis of diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome is due to liver depression and spleen deficiency together with the disorder of heart spirit.The main symptom of abdominal pain results from the disorder of liver and the diarrhea results from the disorder of spleen,and the lingering diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome is due to the disorder of heart-spirit.It is suggested that the principle therapy for diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome is to sooth liver and invigorate spleen,and to nourish heart for tranquilize mind.The self-prescribed Chinese herbal compound Changjiling has achieved satisfactory therapeutic effect for the treatment of diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome.
