中西医结合治疗阑尾周围脓肿的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:分析中西医结合治疗阑尾周围脓肿的临床疗效。方法:选取2017年1月至2017年8月青岛市城阳区人民医院收住院的72例阑尾周围脓肿患者按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组36例,对照组予以常规抗菌药物治疗,观察组在常规抗菌药物治疗的基础上加用自制中药散外敷治疗。结果:对照组患者总有效率为80.56%,观察组患者总有效率为91.67%;观察组疗效明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);与对照组相比,观察组患者腹痛缓解时间、体温恢复正常时间、包块消散时间及住院天数均明显缩短,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:在应用抗菌药物的基础上加用自制中药散热敷治疗阑尾周围脓肿能够有效提高临床疗效。Objective Analysis of the clinical effect of integrated Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of periappendiceal abscess. Method 72 patients with periappendiceal abscess from Chengyang people’s hospital were randomly divided into two groups: control group and treatment group, control group treated with routine antibiotics, the treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of conventional antibiotic treatment. Results The total effective rate was 80.56 % in the control group and 91.67 % in the observation group. The effect of the observation group was signifi cantly better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically signifi cant(P < 0.05). Compared with the control group, the abdominal pain relief time, normal temperature recovery time, mass dissipation time and hospitalization days were signifi cantly shorter in the observation group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion The treatment of periappendiceal abscess with self-made traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of antibiotic application can effectively improve the clinical effect.
