摘 要:SGT1是真核生物中一类保守蛋白,其能够与多种蛋白结合参与抗病等多种生物过程,与分子伴侣HSP90结合调控NB-LRR型R蛋白的稳定性。HSP90是一类分布广泛且高度保守的蛋白质,其对于提高植物的逆境胁迫抗性具有重要意义,但在橡胶树抗逆反应中的作用尚不清楚。本研究从橡胶树‘热研73397’叶片中克隆了一个HSP90基因,其推导氨基酸含有特征性HATPase_c结构域,命名为HbHSP90.1。该基因响应干旱胁迫、ABA处理、机械伤害和白粉菌侵染等逆境胁迫。表明HbHSP90.1主要受生物和非生物胁迫诱导,参与了橡胶树对逆境胁迫的响应。本研究为阐明HbHSP90.1基因在橡胶树逆境胁迫响应下的作用提供理论参考。SGT1 is a conserved protein in eukaryotes that can bind with many proteins and participate in a variety of biological processes such as disease resistance. It binds to the molecular chaperone HSP90 to regulate the stability of the NB-LRR R protein. HSP90 is a widely distributed and highly conserved protein that is important for improving the stress resistance of plants. However, the role of HSP90 in the stress response of rubber trees is unclear. In this study, an HSP90 gene was cloned from the leaves of the Hevea brasiliensis 'Reyan 73397', and the deduced amino acid contained the characteristic HATase_c domain, named HbHSP90.1. The gene responds to stresses such as drought stress, ABA treatment, mechanical wounding and powdery mildew infection. The results showed that HbHSP90.1 was mainly induced by biological and abiotic stress and participated in the response of Hevea Brasiliensis to stress. These results provided theoretical basic for eluding the role of HbHSP90.1 gene in response to stress in Hevea Brasiliensis.
