摘 要:为了探究新疆主栽粳稻品种芽期对干旱胁迫的响应,本研究以3个新疆推广面积最大主栽粳稻品种为材料,采用聚乙二醇(polyethylene glycol, PEG)作为水分胁迫剂,在4个PEG浓度梯度下对供试材料进行芽期耐旱鉴定。结果表明,20%PEG浓度处理下各性状指标相对值的变幅和变异系数最大,品种间抗旱性存在较大差异,因此该浓度可以作为芽期耐旱性鉴定处理浓度。通过相关性分析和主成分分析,参试指标中相对发芽率、相对幼芽长度和相对幼根长度变异系数最大,且是主成分分析归类的3大因子中负荷量最大的指标,相关系数分别为0.932、0.941、0.754,因此这3个指标可作为新疆粳稻芽期抗旱性鉴定的主要指标。采用模糊数学隶属函数法对各指标的隶属值进行抗旱性综合评价表明:隶属平均值大小排序为‘新稻36号’(0.80)>‘新稻11号’(0.59)>‘新稻45号’(0.06)。本研究初步确定了新疆主栽粳稻品种芽期抗旱性指标并以此综合评价芽期抗旱性强的品种,可为抗旱品种选育和抗旱性遗传研究提供理论依据和基础材料。In order to explore the response of main rice(Oryza sativa L. subsp. japonica) varieties to drought stress at bud stage in Xinjiang, three main rice(Oryza sativa L. subsp. japonica) varieties with the largest extension area in Xinjiang were used as materials, and polyethylene glycol(PEG) was used as water stress agent to identify drought tolerance at bud stage under four PEG concentration gradients. The results showed that 20% PEG concentration had the largest variation range and coefficient of relative value of each trait index, and there were great differences in drought resistance among varieties. Therefore, this concentration could be used as the concentration of drought tolerance identification treatment in bud stage. Through correlation analysis and principal component analysis, the variation coefficients of relative germination rate, relative bud length and relative root length were the largest as well as also the largest load index among the three major factors classified by principal component analysis, the correlation coefficients were 0.932, 0.941 and 0.754, respectively. Therefore, these three indicators could be used as the main indicators for drought resistance identification of rice(Oryza sativa L. subsp. japonica) varieties at bud stage in Xinjiang. The membership value of each index for the comprehensive evaluation of drought resistance by fuzzy mathematics membership function method showed that the order of membership average is’ Xindao 36’(0.80)>’Xindao 11’(0.59)>’Xindao 45’(0.06). In this study, drought resistance index of main rice(Oryza sativa L. subsp. japonica) varieties in Xinjiang at bud stage was preliminarily determined, and drought resistance cultivars at bud stage were evaluated comprehensively, which could provide theoretical basis and basic materials for drought resistance breeding and drought resistance genetic research.
