摘 要:为探讨不同叶面肥对冬枣生长发育和果实品质的影响,本研究在冬枣生长期施用雷力2000 (A)、海藻多功能肥(B)、力力加海藻肥(C)、绿发海藻肥(D)、海生素(E)、绿丰源(F) 6种叶面肥,分析了喷施6种叶面肥对冬枣新梢、叶片生长发育及果实品质的影响。结果表明:六种叶面肥均促进了冬枣新梢的加粗生长和枣吊的加长生长,E、F有效促进了新梢的生长量,而A和B显著抑制新梢的生长;六种肥料均可提高叶片的比叶重、叶厚及叶绿素含量,改善叶片的质量。喷施叶面肥在一定程度上可平衡树势,提高了果品品质,其中叶面肥C和E可明显提高冬枣果实的果形指数,A和C能降低冬枣总酸度,且增加冬枣可溶性固形物。因此,施用叶面肥时应根据实际需求喷施不同叶面肥,该研究可为冬枣的栽培及叶面养分管理提供理论依据和科学参考。In order to investigate the effects of different foliar fertilizers on the growth and fruit quality of Zizyphus jujube Mill. Dongzao, in this study, six foliar fertilizers such as Leili 2000 (A), seaweed multi-functional fertilizer (B), Lilijia seaweed fertilizer (C), Lüfa seaweed fertilizer (D), Haishengsu (E) and Lüfengyuan (F) were applied in the growth period of Z. jujube, and the effects of six foliar fertilizers on the shoots, leaves growth and fruit quality of Z. jujube were analyzed. The results showed that six foliar fertilizers could promote the thick growth of new shoots and the long growth of bearing branch of Z. jujube. However, the foliar fertilizers E and F effectively promoted new branches increments, while A and B significantly inhibited them. Six fertilizers all increased specific leaf weight, leaf thickness and chlorophyll content of leaves, and improved leaf quality. For the reproductive growth of Z. jujube, spraying foliar fertilizer could balance the tree potential to a certain extent and improve the fruit quality. Foliar fertilizers C and E could significantly improve the fruit shape index of Z. jujube, while foliar fertilizers A and C reduced the acidity, and increased the soluble solidity of Z. jujube. Therefore, different foliar fertilizers should be applied according to actual needs. This study can provide theoretical basis and scientific reference for Z. jujube cultivation and foliar nutrient management.
