摘  要:短枝木麻黄是中国华南沿海地区营建沿海防护林的先锋树种,由于林分衰退,急需补充种质材料以扩大遗传资源筛选范围。本研究以21个短枝木麻黄国际种源为遗传材料,对广东徐闻的4 a生种源试验林的生长情况进行了遗传分析。结果表明,21个种源间的树高、胸径、单株材积、保存率、主干分叉习性和主干通直度6个性状均存在极显著差异(p<0.01),种源重复力在0.234~0.890之间,表明各性状的差异主要由遗传因素所致,具有较强的选择潜力。相关性分析结果表明,树高、胸径、单株材积三者之间均呈极显著正相关,主干通直度与其它指标呈显著正相关。利用6个指标进行综合评价,筛选出4个优良种源,分别为18267 (中国)、18128 (越南)、18268 (中国)和18298 (泰国)种源,树高、胸径、单株材积的平均增益分别为14.23%、22.07%和45.82%,可以为进一步的遗传改良提供材料。Casuarina equisetifolia is a pioneer species to construct the protective forest tree in southeast China. We would select some new excellent provenances to against the forest decline. This study analyzed genetic variation on growth traits of 4-year-old C. equisetifolia in 21 international provenance trial which established in Xuwen, Guangdong Province. The results presented that there were very significant differences in all traits among 21 provenances. The provenance repeatability of height (H), diameter at breastheight (DBH), volume (V), survival percentage (SP), axis persistence (AP) and stem straightness (SS) between 0.234 and 0.890. These indicated that genetic factors mainly be responsible for the phenotypic differences of different provenances. Correlation analysis showed that there were highly significant positive correlations among H, DBH and V. SS was significant positive correlations with other index. We selected 4 excellent provenances from 21 ones using comprehensive assessment of 6 traits. They were 18267 from China, 18128 from Vietnam, 18268 from China and 18298 from Thailand. The mean genetic gains of H, DBH and V of these excellent provenances were 14.23%, 22.07% and 45.82%, respectively. They will be used as breeding materials for further genetic improvement.
