摘　　要：创新发展导致的劳动生产率提高形成“创新红利分享空间”,进而构成共享发展的物质基础。在劳动者主权的社会经济中经济增长的动态路径使得共享发展的可能性转化为现实。中国经济70年是符合劳动者整体利益长远利益的经济增长动态路径逐步展开的70年,高积累率与劳动生产率持续提高相结合,造就了世界瞩目的中国奇迹。在此过程中,社会剩余(价值)率经历了一个N字形的大起大落,当前正处于第二个上升期的顶部。文章讨论了积累过程的未来趋势,认为共产党领导加上公有制为主体的基本经济制度决定了增长的动态路径还将继续在劳动者利益最大化的轨道上,而市场经济公平与效率的矛盾也会在新科技革命的发展中通过技术进步路径的转换而逐步得到解决。社会主义积累的一般规律是:创新发展与共享发展统一,生产力提高与人的能力发展相互促进。The increase of labor productivity caused by innovation and development forms the“innovation dividend sharing space”,which in turn constitutes the material basis of shared development.The dynamic path of economic growth transforms the possibilities of shared development into reality.The 70-year period of the Chinese economy is a 70-year period in which the dynamic path of economic growth is in line with the long-term interests of the workers as a whole.The combination of high accumulation rate and continuous improvement in labor productivity has created a world-famous Chinese miracle.This paper discusses the future trend of the accumulation process.It believes that the basic economic system with the leadership of the Communist Party and the public ownership as the main body determines the dynamic path of growth and maximizes the interests of workers.The contradiction between market economy equity and efficiency will also be gradually solved through technological progress in the development of the new scientific and technological revolution.The general law of socialist accumulation is:the innovation promote development and productivity promote the development of human capabilities.
