摘  要:采用金属材料性能模拟软件JMatpro对含铝高硼高速钢的平衡相组成和力学性能进行了模拟,研究分析了其不同奥氏体化温度的连续转变曲线(CTT曲线)和Jominy淬透性曲线,并根据模拟结果对其进行热处理实验。模拟结果表明:含铝高硼高速钢的组织主要由铁素体(75 mass%)、M2B相(18.89 mass%)和M23C6(5.26 mass%)相组成,Ac1和Ac3分别为905℃和1015.9℃;实验钢中的铁素体、珠光体、贝氏体的转变温度随奥氏体化温度的不同而存在差异,以100℃/s的速度冷却时,实验钢的力学性能最为优异;随着距离端面距离的增大,实验钢力学性能逐渐下降,淬火表面的屈服强度为1673.28 MPa,抗拉强度为1883.85 MPa,硬度为55.35 HRC,在距离端面2~5.5 cm有最大降幅;实验发现,实验钢铸态组织为珠光体、铁素体、M2B和M23(C,B)6,淬火处理后,组织全部转变为马氏体。The equilibrium phase composition and mechanical properties of Al-bearing high-boron high speed steel( AB-HSS) were simulated by metal material performance simulation software JMatpro.The continuous cooling transformation curves( CTT curves) and Jominy hardenability curves of the AB-HSS at different austenitizing temperatures were studied and analyzed.According to the simulation results,the heat treatment experiment of the steel was carried out.The simulation results show that the microstructure of the steel is mainly composed of ferrite( 75 mass%),M2B phase( 18.89 mass%) and M23C6( 5.26 mass%) phase,and Ac1 and Ac3 of the steel is 905 ℃and 1015.9 ℃,respectively.The transformation temperature of ferrite,pearlite and bainite in the steel varies with different austenitizing temperature.When the cooling rate is 100 ℃/s,the mechanical properties of the steel are the best.With the increase of the distance from the end face,the mechanical properties of the steel decrease gradually,the yield strength,tensile strength and hardness of the quenched surface of the steel are 1673.28 MPa,1883.85 MPa and 55.35 HRC,respectively,and the maximum decrease is obtained in the distance of 2-5.5 cm from the end face.It is found that the as-cast microstructure of the alloy is pearlite,ferrite,M2B and M23(C,B)6,after quenching,all the microstructure is transformed into martensite.
