摘　　要：1980-1996年是奥林匹克运动可持续发展的初步探索阶段。此阶段改革成为了促进可持续发展进程的关键。在全球可持续发展理念日渐成熟和实践日益广泛的背景下奥林匹克运动也做出了积极的回应。自奥林匹克运动可持续发展萌芽阶段就已经形成的以人为本的发展理念和促进和平的发展愿景在此阶段得到了进一步的升华。与此同时引入商业运作机制、融入环保理念等进一步丰富了奥林匹克运动的思想内涵,并促进了其可持续发展的初步探索。在一系列探索与改革的过程中,奥林匹克运动通过五大支持系统的完善提升了其可持续发展的初步能力,并在其过程中彰显了其可持续发展能力的发展度、协调度和持续度。从长期来看,此阶段一系列的探索成为了奥林匹克运动可持续发展的重要基础,但同时奥运会规模的持续扩大以及商业化的进一步渗透等将在一定程度上制约着奥林匹克运动可持续发展的进程。From 1980 to 1996, it was an preliminary exploring stage for the sustainable development of the Olympic Movement. The reform at this stage has become a key factor to promote the sustainable development of the Olympic Movement. In the context of the increasingly mature concept of global sustainable development and the increasingly extensive practice of sustainable development, the Olympic Movement has also made a positive response. The concept of people-oriented development and the vision of peaceful development that have been formed since the beginning of the sustainable development stage of the Olympic Movement have been further sublimated in this stage. At the same time, introduction of market operation mechanism and the integration of environmental protection concept have further enriched the concept of the Olympic Movement and promoted the preliminary exploration of its sustainable development. In the process of a series of exploration and reform, the Olympic Movement has improved its initial capacity for sustainable development through the improvement of five support systems, highlighting the degree of development, coordination and sustainability of its sustainable development ability in the process of sustainable development. In the long run, a series of explorations in this stage have become an important basis for the sustainable development of the Olympic Movement. But at the same time, the continuous expansion of the Olympic Games scale and the further penetration of commerce will restrict the sustainable development of the Olympic Movement to some extent.
