摘　　要：借助当前我国大力推进全民健身的契机,以促进我国大众艺术体操普及发展为着眼点,通过文献法、调查法、访谈法等方法,了解我国大众艺术体操组织管理、参与人群及规模、基本师资、练习内容安排、信息化建设等现状及推广过程中存在的问题;借鉴国外艺术体操发展经验,提出我国大众艺术体操推广策略,包括转变艺术体操管理理念,强化公众服务意识,多元主体协同推动大众艺术体操发展;合理定位艺术体操功能,积极推动"全民体操"政策落实;深入挖掘艺术体操文化价值,丰富艺术体操推广内容;重视艺术体操竞赛和培训,创新推广宣传方式;整合艺术体操信息资源,加强艺术体操信息化建设等。以期使群众有更多促进健康生活的实用健身方式,对有关管理部门制定艺术体操项目发展战略提供借鉴。With the opportunity of vigorously promoting national fitness and promoting the popularization and development of mass rhythmic gymnastics in China as a starting point,this paper,through the methods of literature,investigation and interview,analyzes the current situation and problems in the popularization of mass rhythmic gymnastics in China,such as organization and management,participants and scale,basic teachers,training content arrangement,information construction,etc. Drawing lessons from foreign experience in the development of rhythmic gymnastics,this paper puts forward some strategies for popularization of rhythmic gymnastics in China,including:changing the management concept of rhythmic gymnastics,strengthening public service consciousness,promoting the development of rhythmic gymnastics in coordination with multiple subjects;rationally positioning the function of rhythmic gymnastics,actively promoting the implementation of the policy of"national gymnastics";deeply excavating the cultural value of rhythmic gymnastics,enriching the content of rhythmic gymnastics promotion;attaching importance to rhythmic gymnastics competition and training,innovating and promoting propaganda methods;integrating rhythmic gymnastics information resources,and strengthening the construction of rhythmic gymnastics information technology. This paper aims to make the people have more practical fitness ways to promote healthy life,and provide reference for the relevant management departments to formulate the development strategy of rhythmic gymnastics projects.
