宋红湘运用膏方防治滑胎经验

摘　　要：宋红湘认为脾肾不足、气血亏虚、冲任虚损是滑胎的根本病机,治疗关键在于防治。孕前调理至关重要,以脾肾为核心,以补肾健脾、养血和血为治则进行孕前膏方调理防治滑胎。临床治疗需依据补肾健脾、调经养血的原则,健脾益气则多选用人参、黄芪、白术、山药、茯苓等;调经养血则多选用熟地黄、当归、白芍、阿胶等;补益肝肾则常选用菟丝子、枸杞子、淫羊藿、沙苑子、覆盆子、补骨脂、续断、桑寄生、鹿角胶、紫河车等,临证时需根据患者体质的不同进行加减。Director Song Hong-xiang thinks that the basic pathogenesis of habitual abortion is deficiency of spleen and kidney, deficiency of qi and blood, deficiency of TV and CV. The key to treatment is prevention. Pre-pregnancy conditioning is very important. Spleen and kidney are the core, and tonifying kidney and invigorating spleen, regulating meridians and nourishing blood are the treatment principles. Clinical treatment should be based on the above principles. For invigorating spleen and nourishing qi, Renshen(Radix et Rhizoma Ginseng), Huangqi(Radix Astragali), Baizhu(Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae), Shanyao(Rhizoma Dioscoreae), Fuling(Poria), etc. can be often used. For regulating meridians and nourishing blood, Shudihuang(Radix Rehmanniae Praeparata), Danggui(Radix Angelicae Sinensis), Baishao(Radix Paeoniae Alba), Ejiao(Colla Corii Asini),etc. are often used. For tonifying liver and kidney, Tusizi(Semen Cuscutae), Gouqizi(Fructus Lycii), Yinyanghuo(Herba Epimedii), Shayuanzi(Semen Astragali Complanati), Fupenzi(Fructus Rubi), Buguzhi(Fructus Psoraleae), Xuduan(Radix Dipsaci), Sangjisheng(Herba Taxilli), Lujiaojiao(Colla Cornus Cervi), Ziheche(Placenta Hominis),etc. are often used. It is necessary to add or subtract medicinals according to the different constitutions of patients.
