摘 要:目的:探讨针刺太冲穴对自发性高血压大鼠(spontaneously hypertensive rats,SHR)海马CA1区葡萄糖转运蛋白1(glucose transporter 1,GLUT1)表达的影响。方法:将36只SHR大鼠随机分为模型组、太冲组和非穴组,每组各12只,同时选取12只WKY大鼠为正常组。太冲组取穴太冲,非穴组针刺非穴部位,正常组与模型组不给予针刺。采用免疫组织化学的方法检测各组实验后海马GLUT1,采用imageJ法测定累积光密度值。结果:模型组海马CA1区域GLUT1积分光密度值小于正常组及太冲组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);模型组海马CA1区GLUT1积分光密度值与非穴组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。太冲组海马CA1区GLUT1积分光密度值大于非穴组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);太冲组与正常组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:针刺SHR大鼠太冲穴可能通过调整GLUT1的表达水平,从而改善血管内皮功能障碍。Objective: To explore the influence of acupuncture at Taichong(LR 3) on the expression of glucose transporter 1 in CA1 Region of Hippocampus(GLUT1)of spontaneously hypertensive rats(SHR). Methods: Thirty-six SHR rats were randomly divided into the model group, Taichong group and non-acupoint group, with 12 cases in each group, and 12 WKY rats were selected as the normal group. In Taichong group, acupuncture was given at Taichong(LR 3). In non-acupoint group, acupuncture was given at non-acupoint. While the normal group and model group were not given acupuncture. Immunohistochemical method was used to detect GLUT1 in hippocampus of each group, and imageJ was used to measure cumulative optical density. Results: The GLUT1 integral optical density of hippocampal CA1 area in the model group was lower than that in the normal group and Taichong group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in GLUT1 integral optical density between the model group and the non-acupoint group(P>0.05).The GLUT1 integral optical density in CA1 area of hippocampus in Taichong group was higher than that in non-acupoint group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). There was no significant difference between Taichong group and normal group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Acupuncture at Taichong in SHR rats may improve vascular endothelial dysfunction by regulating the expression of GLUT1.
