中药熏洗方治疗寒性腰痛30例

摘　　要：目的:观察中药熏洗方熏洗治疗寒性腰痛的临床疗效。方法:选取2016年5月至2018年7月本院治疗的寒性腰痛患者60例作为研究对象,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各30例。治疗组给予中药熏洗方熏洗治疗,对照组给予双氯芬酸钠缓释片口服治疗。结果:治疗组治疗后VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组有效率96.7%,对照组有效率70.0%,治疗组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后前屈、后伸腰椎活动度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药熏洗方熏洗治疗可缓解寒性腰痛,改善腰部功能。Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of Chinese medicine fumigation and washing formula on cold backache. Methods: Sixty patients with cold backache treated in our hospital from May 2016 to July 2018 were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, with 30 cases in each group. The treatment group was given fumigation and washing of TCM, while the control group was given Diclofenac Sodium Sustained-release Tablets for oral administration. Results: After the treatment, the VAS score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). The effective rate of the treatment group was 96.7%, while that of the control group was 70.0%, and the treatment group was higher than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). After the treatment, the range of motion of lumbar spine in flexion and extension in the treatment group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). 0.05). Conclusion: Chinese medicine fumigation and washing formula can alleviate cold backache and improve lumbar functions.
