逐瘀通痹汤加减治疗膝关节骨性关节炎45例

摘　　要：目的:观察逐瘀通痹汤加减治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:选取2016年8月至2018年7月在沈阳市骨科医院接受治疗的膝关节骨性关节炎患者90例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各45例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上给予逐瘀通痹汤加减治疗。结果:观察组有效率95.56%,对照组有效率77.78%,治疗组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后晨僵评分为(3.59±1.03)分、疼痛评分为(6.65±1.74)分、关节功能评分为(20.47±6.53)分,对照组治疗后晨僵评分为(5.26±1.47)分、疼痛评分为(9.58±2.56)分、关节功能评分为(29.87±7.64)分,观察组均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后IL-6、TNF-α水平均低于对照组,观察组治疗后IL-10水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:逐瘀通痹汤加减治疗膝关节骨性关节炎可改善患者临床症状、缓解疼痛,调节炎症因子水平,有利于膝关节功能恢复。Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of Modified Zhuyu Tongbi Decoction(MZYTBD) on osteoarthritis of knee joint. Methods: Ninety patients with osteoarthritis of knee joint who were treated in Shenyang Orthopaedic Hospital from August 2016 to July 2018 were divided into the observation group and control group according to random number table method, with 45 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine, while the observation group was treated with MZYTBD on the basis of the control group. Results: The effective rate was 95.56% in the observation group and 77.78% in the control group, the treatment group was higher than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After the treatment, the morning stiffness score, pain score and joint function score of the observation group were(3.59±1.03),(6.65±1.74), and(20.47±6.53)respectively, while those of the control group were(5.26±1.47),(9.58±2.56),(29.87±7.64)respectively, the observation group was lower than the control group, and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). After the treatment, the levels of IL-6 and TNF-α in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, while the level of IL-10 in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: MZYTBD has a remarkable efficacy on osteoarthritis of knee joint, can improve the clinical symptoms of patients, relieve pain, regulate the level of inflammatory factors, and is conducive to the recovery of knee joint function.
