足三里穴位埋线对慢性乙型肝炎患者血清NK细胞及CD8^+细胞水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察足三里穴位埋线对慢性乙型肝炎患者血清NK细胞及CD8^+细胞水平的影响。方法:将60例慢性乙型肝炎患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各30例,对照组给予阿德福韦酯胶囊,口服,日1次,每次10 mg,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上给予双侧足三里穴位埋线治疗,每周1次,共24次。分别在治疗前、治疗第12周、第24周测定NK细胞及CD8^+淋巴细胞水平,统计HBV-DNA转阴率。结果:治疗12周时,治疗组NK细胞水平与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗24周时比较,治疗组NK细胞和CD8^+淋巴细胞水平与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗12周时,对照组转阴率为16.67%,治疗组转阴率为20.00%,两组转阴率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗24周时,对照组转阴率为36.67%,治疗组转阴率为50.00%,两组转阴率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:足三里穴位埋线可以提高慢性乙型肝炎患者NK细胞水平,降低CD8^+淋巴细胞水平,提高HBV-DNA转阴率。Objective: To observe the influence of catgut-embedding therapy at Zusanli(ST 36) on Serum NK cells and CD8^+ in patients with chronic hepatitis B. Methods: A total of 60 patients with chronic hepatitis B were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was given Adefovir Dipivoxil Capsules once a day, with 10 mg each time. The treatment group was given bilateral Zusanli(ST 36) catgut-embedding therapy on the basis of the treatment of the control group, once a week, a total of 24 times. Results: The counts of NK cells and CD8^+T lymphocyte were measured before treatment, 12 and 24 weeks after treatment, and the negative rate of HBV-DNA was counted. After 12 weeks′ treatment, the difference in count of NK cells between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). After 24 weeks′ treatment, all the differences in count of NK cells and CD8^+T Lymphocyte count between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05). After 12 weeks of treatment, the negative conversion rate was 16.67% in the control group and 20.0% in the treatment group. There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05). After 24 weeks of treatment, the negative conversion rate of the control group was 36.67%, and that of the treatment group was 50.0%. There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion: Catgut-embedding therapy at Zusanli(ST 36) can increase NK cell count, decrease CD8^+lymphocyte count and increase HBV-DNA negative conversion rate in patients with chronic hepatitis B.
