摘　　要：从辨证分型治疗、专方治疗、外治法等方面综述了中医药治疗儿童变应性鼻炎的研究进展,指出目前存在的问题有:研究方法单一,缺乏统一的疗效评价体系,缺乏大样本随机对照试验,缺乏高质量的研究证据,缺乏简明扼要的诊疗指南。中医药治疗本病的作用机理、作用途径、作用靶点等的研究也较少,希望以后能有更深一步研究,制定中医治疗规范,研究中医药治疗本病的机制及高质量的疗效评价。This paper reviews the progress of TCM treatment of allergic rhinitis in children from the aspects of syndrome differentiation, special prescription and external therapy, and points out the existing problems. The research methods are single, lack of unified evaluation system, large sample randomized controlled trials, high-quality research evidence, concise and concise guidelines for diagnosis and treatment. There are few studies on the mechanism, pathway and target of TCM in treating this disease. It is hoped that further studies will be carried out in the future to formulate TCM treatment norms, study the mechanism of TCM in treating allergic rhinitis in children and evaluate the high-quality curative effect.
