摘　　要：介绍了一种新型的纱线线密度检测装置,在纱筒座、导纱钩伸缩支架、预张力装置以及横动装置等结构上均进行了相应的改进。与现有的纱线线密度检测装置相比,改造后的装置结构简单合理,操作方便快捷,能适用于各种卷装型式的纱线线密度检测,检测结果较精确,尤其适用于商检部门、科研机构及教学单位在单个试样检测时使用。A novel yarn linear density detecting device is introduced, and the corresponding improvements on the structure of the bobbin holder, the guide hook telescopic bracket, the pre-tensioning device and the traverse device are made. Compared with the existing yarn linear density detecting device, the reconstructed structure is simple and reasonable, and the operation is convenient and quick. It can be applied to various yarns of different package types for linear density detection, and the testing results are relatively accurate. It is especially suitable for using in commodity inspection departments, scientific research institutions and teaching units when testing single samples.
