摘　　要：[目的/意义]通过构建商务网络信息生态链价值流动GERT网络模型,描述商务网络信息生态链中各个信息主体之间的价值流动过程,从而揭示其价值流动及其价值增值过程的内在机理,为商务网络信息生态链价值流动问题的研究提供可借鉴的理论与方法。[方法/过程]首先,构建商务网络信息生态链价值流动GERT网络模型并确定多价值流动传递参量。其次,对价值流动GERT网络模型中的主要参数、函数关系等进行解析。最后,分析价值流动GERT网络的协同组织管理机制。[结果/结论]在商务网络信息生态链价值流动GERT网络中,各个信息主体为了实现其各自价值以及系统整体价值最大化的共同目标,通过信息、资金、物资等价值载体的流动实现了各个信息主体的价值,并且利用协同组织机制获得价值增值。[Purpose/significance]By constructing the value flow GERT network model of the business network information ecological chain,the paper describes the value flow process among various information subject in the business network information ecological chain,and reveals its internal mechanism of value flow and value-added process,in order to provide the theory and method for the study of the value flow of the business network information ecological chain.[Method/process]Firstly,the GERT network model of value flow in business network information ecological chain is constructed and the transfer parameters of multi-value flow are determined.Then,the main parameters,functional relationships of GERT network model of value flow are analyzed.Finally,the cooperative organization and management mechanism of GERT network of value flow is analyzed.[Result/conclusion]In the value flow GERT network of the business network information ecological chain,each information subject realizes the value of each information subject through the flow of information,capital,material and other value carriers in order to realize their respective value and the common goal of maximizing the value of the system as a whole,and achieves value increment by using cooperative organization mechanism.
