摘  要:塑料模设计过程中会遇到产品图上标称尺寸与公差的问题,如何处理好这些问题,决定了模具成型件的实际尺寸与图纸的相符度,如果没有因应处理或处理不恰当,成型件实际尺寸将难以满足设计图纸要求。通过对产品图上标称尺寸与公差不同因应调整处理进行阐述,采取合理的方法进行调整和完善,提升塑料模的设计水平,提高成型产品尺寸的一次合格率。In the design process of plastic mould, it is inevitable to meet the problem of nominal size and tolerance on the product drawing. How to deal with these problems well determines the conformity between the actual size and the drawing of the relevant mould parts. If there is no response or improper treatment, the actual size of the parts will be difficult to meet the requirements of the design drawings. It elaborated the adjustment of different nominal size and tolerance on the product drawing in detail, so as to establish a correct concept consciousness for the peers and adopt reasonable methods to adjust and optimize, and improve the pass rate of moulding product.
