摘 要:对4032铝合金进行了成分优化,提出了大规格4032铝合金圆铸锭的熔铸难点。研究了4032铝合金熔炼的加料顺序和加料方式、熔炼温度控制、炉内精炼、变质工艺以及其大规格圆铸锭的热顶铸造工艺,生产出了符合挤压要求的Ф605mm圆铸锭。提出了其熔铸过程中应注意的问题。The composition of 4032 aluminum alloy was optimized, and the difficulties of melting and casting large size 4032 aluminum alloy round ingot were pointed out. The paper analyzed the feeding sequence and charging mode, control of melting temperature, melt refining inside the furnace and modi fication process for the melting of 4032 aluminum alloy, as well as the hot top casting process for large size round ingot, then the round ingot with a diame ter of 605 mm which meet extrusion requirements was produced. At last, problems that should be noticed during its melting and casting process were put forward.
