摘 要:为解决海洋核设施事故情况下对海洋环境γ辐射的监测,研制了一种宽量程深水γ辐射监测仪.采用理论计算、Ansys分析、MCNP模拟计算等方法,结合G-M计数管测量、钛合金壳体以及试验验证等技术,解决了大水深耐压密封、辐射测量准确性等关键问题.测试结果表明:该γ辐射监测仪耐压等级达到1000m,测量范围为0.01 μGy/h^10 Gy/h,辐射特性指标满足海洋核设施应急救援监测的需求.In order to monitor the gamma radiation of marine environment in the case of accident of Marine nuclear facility, a wide range deep water gamma radiation monitor was developed. Using theoretical calculation, Ansys analysis, MCNP simulation calculation and other methods combined with G-M counter tube measurement, titanium alloy shell and test and verification technology, the key problems such as lager-water depth pressure-proof seal and radiation measurement accuracy were solved. The test results showed that the pressure level of 1000 meters and its measuring range was 0.01μGy/h^10Gy/h. The radiation characteristics index meets the need of emergency rescue monitoring of Marine nuclear facilities.
