刘奉五清肝利湿汤治疗炎症性子宫出血的临床分析

摘　　要：目的研究刘奉五清肝利湿汤治疗炎症性子宫出血的临床效果。方法选取2013年5月-2017年9月当阳市半月镇卫生院收治的炎症性子宫出血患者32例,患者出血期间给予刘奉五清肝利湿汤进行治疗,止血后酌情巩固治疗3.15d,经期延长者连继用药3个月经周期,随访半年,观察疗效。结果32例患者中显效15例、有效13例、无效4例,总有效率为87.5%。结论刘奉五清肝利湿汤治疗炎症性子宫出血的临床效果显著,可以根据患者病情进行治疗推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Liufengwu Qinggan Lishi Decoction in the treatment of inflammatory uterine bleeding. Methods A total of 32 patients with inflammatory uterine bleeding were collected in Banyue Town Hospital from May 2013 to September 2017. All patients were given Liufengwu Qinggan Lishi Decoction treatment. After bleeding, the patients received consolidation treatment for 3-15 days, and the patients with prolong periods for three menstruas cycles. All patients were followed up for half a year, and the therapeutic effect were observed. Results The total effect was 87.5%, 32 case of improvement, 13 cases of effectiveness, and 4 cases of ineffectiveness. Conclusion Liufengwu Qinggan Lishi Decoction has significant clinical effect in the treatment of inflammatory uterine bleeding, which is deserve to clinical application.
