摘 要:目的:基于临床路径,对罹患终末期肾脏病的区域内农村贫困人口的付费标准进行研究,为农村贫困人口大病专项救治的政策制定提供参考。方法:结合实际情况,收集、筛选定点医院终末期肾脏病患者病历,采用描述统计方法,确定费用支付标准。结果:市级终末期肾脏病常规血液透析治疗的付费标准拟定区间为(9 232,9 390),建议值为9 260元;县级终末期肾脏病住院患者常规血液透析治疗的付费标准拟定区间为(3 459,3 612),建议值为3 536元。结论:依据临床路径严格监管非常有必要。Objective: Based on the clinical pathway, it tried to calculate the payment standards of the rural poor with end-stage renal disease and provided references for the policy formulation of the special treatment for the major diseases of the rural poor. Methods: According to the actual situation, it collected and screened the medical records of patients with end-stage renal disease in designated hospitals, and used the descriptive statistical methods to determine the payment standard. Results: The proposed standard for the payment of routine hemodialysis treatment for municipal end-stage renal disease was (9232, 9390), and the recommended value was 9 260 yuan. The proposed standard for the payment of routine hemodialysis treatment for hospital-level end-stage renal disease patients was (3459, 3612), and the recommended value was 3 536 yuan. Conclusion: It was necessary to strict supervision of clinical pathways.
