摘　　要：目的:建立区域内胃癌按病种付费标准,降低贫困人口罹患胃癌造成的疾病经济负担。方法:专家制定临床路径,依据临床路径对调取区域内样本医院的胃癌诊疗病历进行筛检。采用统计方法对病历费用进行测算与分析,以此确定相应胃癌诊疗方式的费用标准。结果:符合纳入标准的胃癌病历为305份,确定了区域内各胃癌诊疗方式付费标准。结论:基于胃癌治疗临床路径制定的胃癌诊疗付费标准对规范医疗工作者的诊疗行为和控制不合理医疗费用应该能够发挥重要作用。Objective: To set up regional payment standard for gastric cancer, and to reduce the economic burden caused by gastric cancer among the poor. Methods: Experts made clinical pathway and screened the diagnosis and treatment history of gastric cancer in the sample hospital according to clinical pathway. The cost of the case history was calculated and analyzed by statistical method to determine the cost standard of the corresponding diagnosis and treatment mode of gastric cancer. Results: 305 cases of gastric cancer that met the inclusion criteria were determined to determine the regional payment standard for the diagnosis and treatment of gastric cancer. Conclusion: The payment standard of gastric cancer diagnosis and treatment based on the clinical pathway of gastric cancer treatment should play an important role in regulating the medical workers’ diagnosis and treatment behavior and controlling unreasonable medical expenses.
