摘　　要：目的:分析首批中医项目价格改革的效果和存在的问题。方法:描述性统计分析法、对比分析法。结果:分级诊疗效果初显;医疗收入的结构性调整初见成效;针灸/推拿项目价格调整激发了使用的积极性。结论:建议落实政府投入责任;深化医疗服务项目价格改革;实施动态监测与评价。Objective: To analyze the effect and existing problems of the first batch of price reform of TCM projects. Methods: Descriptive statistical analysis and comparative analysis Results: The effect of hierarchical diagnosis was obvious;the structural adjustment of medical income was effective;the price adjustment of acupuncture/massage project stimulated the enthusiasm of use. Conclusion: It suggested to implement the responsibility of government investment, deepen the price reform of medical service projects, and implement dynamic monitoring and evaluation.
