摘  要:将抗离析性能判定值M作为充填料浆中粗颗粒物料抵抗离析倾向的评价指标,进行正交试验设计,试验结果表明,料浆质量分数对M值的影响最大,集料配比次之,灰砂比的影响最小;泌水率测试结果表明,M值是抗离析性能较好的定量指标。M值与料浆质量分数呈正相关关系,当料浆质量分数为78%时,料浆泌水倾向小,M值均大于1,料浆具有良好的和易性及输送性能;随着尾砂掺量的加大,M值稳步提升。分析料浆质量分数78%、灰砂比1∶6条件下不同尾砂掺入量与料浆M值之间的关系,拟合关系式的相关系数R2大于0.997,根据关系式可知较优的全尾砂-碎石配比为22.1∶77.9~25.0∶75.0。Orthogonal experiment was conducted taking the critical value of anti-segregation ability Mas the evaluation index of the segregation resistance tendency of coarse particles in the filling slurry.The experimental results showed that the effect of concentration of slurry on Mvalue is the greatest,followed by aggregate ratio,and the effect of cement-sand ratio is the least.The results of bleeding rate test showed that M value is a good quantitative index of anti-segregation ability.The value of Mis positively correlated with slurry concentration,When the concentration of slurry is 78%,the bleeding tendency of slurry is small,Mvalue is greater than 1,and slurry has good workability and flowability.With the increase of tailings content,Mvalue increases steadily.The relationship between the content of tailings and slurry M value under the condition of slurry concentration 78%and cement-sand ratio 1∶6 was analyzed.The correlation coefficient R2 of the fitting relation is greater than 0.997.According to the relation,the optimal ratio of whole tailings to gravel is 22.1∶77.9~25.0∶75.0.
