摘　　要：目的观察放散状体外冲击波治疗胫骨开放骨折术后延迟愈合的临床效果.方法选取漯河市中心医院2014年1月至2018年2月采用放散状体外冲击波治疗胫骨开放骨折外固定架固定术后延迟愈合患者41例,随访患者治疗后情况并观察其治疗效果.结果所有患者均随访9个月,37例患者骨折愈合,愈合率为90.2%.结论应用放散状体外冲击波治疗开放性胫骨骨折术后延迟愈合,效果满意,并发症少,是一种比较理想的治疗方法.Objective To explore the clinical effect of radial extracorporeal shock wave therapy in the treatment of postoperative delayed union of open tibial fractures. Methods A total of 41 patients with delayed union after external fixator fixation of open tibial fractures treatment by extracorporeal shock wave from January 2014 to February 2018 were selected. All the patients were followed up after treatment and the effect of treatment was observed. Results All the patients were followed up for 9 months, including 37 cases of fracture healing, and the cure rate was 90. 2%. Conclusions Radial extracorporeal shock wave therapy is efficient in the treatment of postoperative delayed union of open tibial fractures, the effect is satisfactory and the complications are few. It is an iseal treatment method.
