摘　　要：2016年7月,ISO37101:2016《城市可持续发展管理体系要求及使用指南》正式发布实施,该标准通过解决城市在可持续发展12个领域的问题,全面提升城市可持续发展水平。为了客观真实地评估城市轨道交通领域政策、措施对城市可持续发展的影响,本研究在调研文献及咨询专家的基础上,建立了基于ISO37101的城市轨道交通可持续发展评价指标体系。该指标体系包括6个一级指标、14个二级指标、63个三级指标,为后期ISO37101在城市轨道交通领域的应用奠定基础。ISO 37101: 2016,Sustainable development and resilience of communities- Management system- General principles and requirement,was officially published and implemented in July 2016,which comprehensively upgraded the level of urban sustainable development by solving twelve sustainability issues.In order to objectively and realistically evaluate the implementation effects of policies and measures in the field of urban rail transit on urban sustainable development,this study establishes an index system of urban rail transit sustainable development based on ISO 37101 on the basis of literature review and expert consultation.The index system includes 6 first-level indicators,14 second-level indicators and 63 third-level indicators,which lays a foundation for the application of ISO 37101 in the field of urban rail transit in the later period.
