摘　　要：目的:探讨肺部不同的病理基础空洞的CT表现及鉴别.方法:收集我院病案室伴有肺部空洞的肺脓肿、肺结核和肺癌患者的影像学资料,分为肺脓肿组、肺结核组和肺癌组,每组50例.主要观察空洞特征、位置、测量数据.结果:肺脓肿组、肺结核组和肺癌组空洞内壁、内容物及外壁的CT特征差异显著(P<0.05);肺脓肿组、肺结核组和肺癌组偏心空洞发生率分别为2%、28%、88%,差异显著(P<0.05);肺脓肿组、肺结核组和肺癌组空洞壁CT强化值存在显著差异(P<0.05).结论:肺脓肿、肺结核和肺癌空洞的CT表现明显不同,通过分析空洞特征、位置及测量数据有助于区分疾病病理类型.Objective To investigate the CT manifestations and differential diagnosis of different pathological basis cavities in the lung. Methods By retrospective analysis, the imaging data of lung abscess, tuberculosis and lung cancer with pulmonary cavity in the medical record room of our hospital were collected and divided into pulmonary abscess group, pulmonary tuberculosis group and lung cancer group, with 50 cases in each group. The characteristics, location and measurement data of the cavity were observed.Results The CT features of the inner wall, contents and outer wall of the cavity in the lung abscess group, pulmonary tuberculosis group and lung cancer group were different (P < 0.05);the incidence of eccentric cavity in the lung abscess group, pulmonary tuberculosis group and lung cancer group were 2%, 28% and 88%, respectively (P < 0.05);the CT enhancement value of the cavity wall in the lung abscess group, pulmonary tuberculosis group and lung cancer group was different (P < 0.05).Condusion The cavity manifestations of pulmonary abscess, tuberculosis and lung cancer are obviously different on CT. It is helpful to distinguish the pathological types of the disease by analyzing the characteristicsjocation and measurement data of the cavity.
