摘 要:随着信息技术的不断发展与应用,旅游智慧化呈现蓬勃发展的局面,受到旅游业各方面的广泛关注。以舟山旅游智慧化发展为研究对象,通过构建舟山旅游智慧化供给建设的评价指标,采用IPA分析法对网络大数据进行分析,发现存在游客对舟山旅游智慧化供给的基础设施及智慧管理的期望和游后满意度都较高,但低于期望值,智慧服务使用率低,智慧营销认知度低等问题,在分析其原因的基础上,建议舟山市进一步加强智慧基础设施建设,加大智慧旅游供给建设的推广力度,优化智慧旅游应用程序,全面统筹舟山旅游智慧化供给建设。With the continuous development and application of information technology,tourism intellectualization has shown a vigorous development and attracted extensive attention from all aspects of tourism. This paper takes the development of Zhoushan intelligent tourism as the research object. By constructing the evaluation index of Zhoushan intelligent tourism supplyment construction and using IPA analysis method to analyze the big data of the network,it is found that tourists have higher expectations and satisfaction with the infrastructure of Zhoushan intelligent tourism supplyment and intelligent management. But the satisfaction is lower than expectations. Intelligent service utilization rate is low. The awareness of intelligent marketing is low and so on. Based on the analysis of its causes,it is suggested that the construction of intelligent tourism infrastructure in Zhoushan should be further strengthened,the extension of intelligent tourism supplyment construction should be strengthened,the application program of intelligent tourism should be optimized,and the construction of intelligent tourism supplyment in Zhoushan should be overall planned.
