摘　　要：产业兴旺是乡村振兴的关键,农村电子商务成为乡村振兴战略的重要抓手。基于宁波淘宝村实践概况,结合可持续生计分析框架,从资产建设的角度出发,对电商农户个体自然、物质、金融、人力和社会五项生计资本进行识别和赋能机制设计,以促进电商赋能农户的生产生活,实现其安稳致富的可持续生计,助力乡村振兴。Industrial prosperity is the key to rural revitalization. Rural e-commerce has become an important starting point for rural revitalization strategy. Based on the practice of Ningbo Taobao Village,combined with the framework of sustainable livelihood analysis,from the perspective of asset construction,the identification and empowerment mechanism of the five subsistence capitals of e-commerce farmers’ natural,material,financial,human and social are designed to promote electricity. The business can make the farmers’ production and life,realize their sustainable livelihood,and help the rural revitalization.
