摘　　要：随着经济全球化和电子商务的高速发展,我国跨境电商总体规模显著扩大,已成为推动我国对外贸易发展的重要力量。然而在跨境电商发展过程中,依然存在着一些问题,针对B2C模式下中小跨境电商企业逆向物流成本过高问题,对原因进行分析,并提出改进措施,以期改善中小跨境电商企业逆向物流成本过高的现象。With the rapid development of economic globalization and e - commerce,the overall scale of cross - border e - commerce in China has significantly expanded,and has become an important force to promote the development of China’s foreign trade. However,there are still some problems in the development of cross - border e - commerce. This paper analyzes the causes of high reverse logistics costs of small and medium - sized cross - border e - commerce enterprises in the B2C model,and proposes improvement measures to improve the phenomenon of high reverse logistics costs of small and medium - sized cross - border e - commerce enterprises.
