摘  要:利用乙二醇溶剂热法一步合成Co0.7Fe0.3/CoFe2O4纳米复合颗粒,并研究形貌、组成和质量分数对电磁波吸收性能的影响.通过制备不同质量分数的Co0.7Fe0.3/CoFe2O4同轴环样品并测试介电常数和磁导率.电磁测试结果表明质量分数为60%的Co0.7Fe0.3/CoFe2O4同轴环样品厚度为2 mm时,频率峰位于16.96 GHz的最大反射损失值为-11.988 dB.当样品质量分数达到80%,样品厚度为1.5 mm时,反射损失值在频率范围(13.44~18.00 GHz)均小于-10 dB,最大吸收峰位于15.52 GHz,反射损失值为-28.295 dB.One-step synthesis of Co0.7Fe0.3/CoFe2O4 nano-composites by solvent-thermal method and the morphology, composition and mass fraction on the microwave absorption effect were studied.In this paper, Co0.7Fe0.3/CoFe2O4 coaxial ring samples with different quality fraction were prepared and their dielectric constants and magnetic permeability were tested.The electromagnetic wave absorption results show that when the sample thickness is 2 mm and the mass fraction is 60%, the frequency is 16.96 GHz and the maximum reflection loss value is-11.988 dB.When the sample mass fraction reaches 80%, the sample thickness is 1.5 mm, the reflection loss value from 13.44~18.00 GHz is less than-10 dB, and the maximum absorption frequency is 15.52 GHz as well as reflection loss value is-28.295 dB.
