高速动车组接地回流装置用电刷的制备

摘　　要：随着电力机车的运力、时速、安全可靠性的提高,催生了大功率交流动车组的应用,机车牵引力功率从原来(电力机车)的6400KW提高至9600KW,速度由原来的160KM/h提高至250KM/h(动车组)及350KM/h(高铁),配置良好的回流接地装置(电刷),为确保机车安全可靠运行,有效防护轴承箱、轴承提供保障。目前使用国内的动车组接地回流装置用接地电刷,材料以铜-锡-石墨模压成型、加工、组装而成,存在接触电阻高、温升高、使用寿命短、对轴承端磨损严重的隐患。为了解决现有动车组接地回流装置用接地电刷存在的技术问题,基于动车组高功率(电流极大)、高速(电刷的线速度大,可达28.8m/s)、高安全可靠性的特点,提供一种高速动车组接地回流装置用电刷,本方法制备的电刷拥有电阻率低,润滑性能好、使用寿命长的特点。With the increase of the capacity, speed, safety and reliability of electric locomotives, the application of high-power AC EMUs has been spawned.The traction power of the locomotive(Electric locomotive) was increased from 6400KW to 9600KW,Speed increased from 160KM/h to 250KM/h (bullet train) and 350KM/h (high-speed rail).Well-equipped ERCU device(brush) provides safety and reliability for operation of the locomotive,making effective protection for bearing boxes and bearings .At present,the material of grounding brush for ERCU device is made from molded, processed and assembled from copper - tin - graphite.There are hidden dangers of high contact resistance, high temperature rise, short service life and serious wear on end of bearing.Based on the characteristics of high power (high current), A ERCU device for high-speed train set were provide for high speed (brush linear speed is large, up to 28.8m/s)with high safety and reliability to solve the technical problems existing in the grounding brushes for the ERCU device.The brush prepared by this method has the characteristics of low resistivity, good lubrication and long service life.
