摘　　要：目的探讨半乳糖凝集素-9(Galectin-9)与IgA肾病的相关性.方法选择经肾活检确诊为IgA肾病患者58例为观察组(A组),同期30例体检健康者为对照组(B组),ELISA法测定血清Galectin-9水平,收集血肌酐(计算eGFR)及其他血生化等临床指标进行比较.A组根据蛋白尿水平分为A1组≤1.0g,1.0g<A2组≤2.0g,A3组>2.0g.比较各亚组间血清Galectin-9水平的差异,分析血清Galectin-9水平和24h尿蛋白定量以及eGFR的相关性.结果与B组比较,A组血清Galectin-9水平明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);A组3个亚组间随着24h尿蛋白定量的增加,血清Galectin-9水平逐渐升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);Pearson相关分析显示A组血清Galectin-9水平和24h尿蛋白定量呈正相关(P<0.01),和eGFR呈负相关(P<0.01).结论IgA肾病组患者血清Galectin-9明显升高,与尿蛋白增多及肾功能下降程度呈正相关,可能参与IgA肾病的发生发展过程.Objective To investigate the correlation between serum Galectin-9 and IgA nephropathy(IgAN). Methods Serum Galectin-9 and clinical data were compared between 58 renal biopsy confirmed IgAN patients and normal controls. Serum Galectin-9 was assayed by enzyme-linked immune sorbent assay(ELISA).IgAN patients were divided into three subgroups according to the level of 24-hour urine protein:<1.0g,1.0g^2.0g and>2.0g. The correlation between serum Galectin-9 and IgAN was analyzed. Results The level of serum Galectin-9 was increased significantly in IgAN patients than that of normal controls(P<0.001). With the increase of 24-hour urine protein,the blood concentration of Galectin-9 was increased accordingly in IgAN subgroups(P<0.001). Pearson correlation analysis indicated that serum level of Galectin-9 was positively correlated with 24-hour urine protein(P<0.01),and negatively correlated with eGFR(P<0.01)in IgAN patients. Conclusions The level of serum Galectin-9 increases significantly in IgAN patients and positively correlates with the deterioration of proteinuria and renal function. Galectin-9 may be involved in the pathogenesis of IgAN.
