摘  要:针对无底柱分段崩落法回采矿石损失率、贫化率高的问题,提出通过改变放矿口尺寸优化放矿指标的方法。定义了控制放矿口尺寸的两个参数:放矿口外延长度和放矿口外延角度。基于弓长岭铁矿的采场结构参数和放出矿石块度分布情况,建立了崩落体形态颗粒流数值模型,对不同放矿口尺寸下的放矿过程进行了数值模拟。结果显示:在分段高度、进路间距和崩矿步距等主要采场结构参数一定的情况下,合理地调整放矿口尺寸能够有效改善放矿指标。与调整其他采场结构参数相比,优化放矿口尺寸所需采切工程量少,对采矿效率和爆破效果影响小,而且对于已完成采场结构参数优化的矿山,调整放矿口尺寸可进一步优化回采指标。Aiming at the problems of high ore loss rate and dilution rate in non-pillar sublevel caving,a method of optimizing ore drawing index by changing the ore-drawing hole size was put forward.And two parameters respectively named extent length and extent angle were defined to control the ore-drawing hole size.According to the stope structure parameters and ore fragmentation distribution of Gongchangling Iron Mine,a numerical model of caving body shape was established by Particle Flow Code.The drawing process under different ore-drawing hole size was simulated.The results showed that reasonable adjustment of ore-drawing hole size had a good effect on optimizing the ore drawing indexes with fixed sublevel height,sublevel drive interval and ore caving interval.Compared with the adjustment of other stope structure parameters,the amount of work needed to optimize the ore-drawing hole size was less,which had little impact on mining efficiency and blasting effect.Moreover,for mines that had completed the optimization of stope structure parameters,adjusting the ore-drawing hole size can further optimize the stoping indexes.
