新时期下高校留学归国人员思政引领工作探析

摘　　要：随着国内高校“双一流”建设步伐加快,留学归国人员人数日益增加,准确把握新时期下留学归国人员思想特点,进一步做好高校留学归国人员思想政治工作的措施和对策:做好政治审查,把好政治关口;突出思政教育,加强政治引领;坚持党管人才,强化政治吸纳;完善统战制度,推行文化宽容;创新交流平台,提高引领实效。With the acceleration of the construction of “ double first-class ” in domestic universities, the number of returnees studying abroad is increasing day by day. We should accurately grasp the ideological characteristics of returnees studying abroad in the new era, and further improve the measures and Countermeasures of Ideological and political work for returnees studying abroad in universities: doing a good job of political examination and political juncture;stressing ideological and political education, highlighting political leadership;adhering to the Party s management of talents, and strengthening Political absorption;perfecting the United Front system, promoting cultural tolerance;innovating communication platform to improve the effectiveness of leadership.
