川芎嗪经超声电导前列腺治疗仪在Ⅲ型前列腺炎患者中的临床效果及对炎症因子的影响研究

摘　　要：目的探讨川芎嗪经超声电导前列腺治疗仪在Ⅲ型前列腺炎患者中的应用效果及该治疗方案对患者前列腺液中炎症因子的影响。方法将90例Ⅲ型前列腺炎患者随机分成川芎嗪组和一般组,均接受同样的基础治疗,川芎嗪组患者接受超声电导川芎嗪,一般组患者接受超声电导生理盐水,均经直肠给药,比较两组患者治疗1个月后的NIH-CPSI得分情况、前列腺液中IL-1β、IL-8、TNF-α、PGE2的水平及治疗的效果。结果治疗1个月后,两组患者的NIH-CPSI指数及各项炎症因子水平均小于干预前(P<0.05),且川芎嗪组患者NIH-CPSI指数及各项炎症因子水平均小于一般组患者(P<0.05);治疗1个月后,川芎嗪组患者的疗效较一般组患者更好(P<0.05)。结论川芎嗪经超声电导前列腺治疗仪的方案对Ⅲ型前列腺炎患者有着较好的效果,且药物安全稳定,极大地促进患者的恢复。Objective To explore the Iigustrazine through ultrasonic conductometric prostate therapeutic apparatus in the application of type Ⅲ prostatitis patients and this kind of treatment effects on inflammatory factors in patients with prostatic fluid. Methods From August 2016 to April 2018, 90 patients with type Ⅲ prostatitis who were hospitalized in our hospital were randomly divided into the Iigustrazine group and the normal group, two groups of patients were treated with the same method, the Iigustrazine group received ultrasonic conductometric Iigustrazine, and the normal group received ultrasonic conductometric normal saline, both by rectum. The NIH-CPSI index, the levels of IL -1β, IL-8, TNF-α, PGE2 and the treatment effect of two groups after 1 month were compared. Results After 1 month of treatment, the NIH-CPSI index and inflammatory factors in the two groups were lower than those before the intervention ( P < 0 . 05). The NIH-CPSI index and inflammatory factors in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group ( P <0. 05). After 1 month of treatment, the treatment effect of the intervention group was better than that of the control group ( P < 0. 05 ). Conclusions Ligustrazine through ultrasonic conductometric prostate therapeutic apparatus has a good effect on type Ⅲ prostatitis patients, the drug action is safe and stable, greatly promotes the recovery of patients.
