摘　　要：目的分析血液透析(HD)患者长期留置导管感染的影响因素,以期降低长期导管感染率。方法回顾性分析2010年1月至2018年6月在本院收治的HD长期留置导管患者314例的临床资料,分析长期留置导管感染的影响因素,采用SPSS19.0软件分析。结果7 8例发生长期留置导管感染,感染率为24.84%,单因素分析显示,患者贫血、低蛋白血症、急性左心功能衰竭发生、留置部位、糖尿病、留置时间是引起置管感染的危险因素,非条件logistic多因素回归分析结果显示,患者C-反应蛋白、低蛋白血症、糖尿病是引起导管感染的独立危险因素(P<0.01,P<0.05,P<0.05)。结论引起HD长期留置导管感染的危险因素较多,微炎症状态、低蛋白血症、糖尿病是引起导管感染的独立危险因素。Objective To analyse the influence factors for long - term indwelling catheter infections in hemodialysis( HD) patients, so as to reduce the incidence of long - term indwelling catheter - related infections. Methods A retrospective analysis on clinical data from 314 cases of HD patients with long-term indwelling catheted was taken. The incidence rate of catheter infection and related risk factors for infection were analyzed. SPSS 19. 0 software was used for data analysis. Results Among all patients,78 cases got infections, accounting for 24. 84%. Single factor analysis showed that anemia, hypoalbuminemia, the occurrence of acute left heart failure, site of vein catheter, diabetes, indwelling catheter time were the risk factors of catheter infection. Unconditioned logistic regression analysis showed C - reactive protein, diabetes, hypoalbuminemia were the independent risk factors causing catheter infection ( P < 0. 01, P < 0. 05 , P < 0. 05). Conclusions There are many risk factors for the long -term indwelling catheter related infections in the HD patients. C- reactive protein,diabetes, hypoalbuminemia were the independent risk factors causing catheter infection.
