摘 要:采用Auto Form仿真软件,首先结合目前主流CAE软件中应用的流动应力模型,对不同强度钢种的单向拉伸试验数据进行拟合,分析不同强度钢种在仿真过程中流动应力模型的选取原则;再将采用不同屈服准则所得到的仿真分析结果与实际试验数据进行对比,总结了不同强度钢种在仿真过程中屈服准则的选取原则。结果表明,对于高强度钢,选取combined H-S混合模型作为流动应力模型,经仿真得到的应力-应变曲线与真实应力-应变行为更为接近,而对于低合金高强钢以及IF钢等传统软钢,分别选取BBC屈服准则及Hill48屈服准则进行仿真可以得到与真实情况更为相符的结果。研究结果对汽车零件冲压CAE仿真分析具有实用价值。The uniaxial tensile test data of different strength steels were fit by simulation software Auto Form with the flow stress model applied in the current mainstream software CAE,and the selection principles of flow stress model for different strength steels during the simulation process were analyzed. Then,the simulation analysis results obtained by different yield criteria were compared with the actual experimental data,and the selection principles of yield criteria for different strength steels during the simulation process were summarized.The results show that for high-strength steel,the combined H-S hybrid model is selected as the flow stress model,and the simulated stress-strain curve is closer to the true stress-strain behavior. And for low-alloy high-strength steel and traditional soft steel such as IF steel,the simulation results are more consistent with the real situation by choosing BBC yield criteria and Hill48 yield criteria respectively. Thus,the research result has practical value for CAE simulation analysis of automobile stamping parts.
