摘 要:目的:对五年制临床医学生在妇科实习阶段进行腹腔镜理论及技能培训,探讨该模式在五年制妇科临床实习中的应用效果。方法:将进入中山大学附属第三医院实习的2012级、2013级五年制80名实习医生,随机分成两组。40人设为对照组,采取传统带教模式+自由练习,另将同批次的实习医师40人纳入实验组,采取传统带教模式+腹腔镜技能培训,分别于妇产科实习结束前发放满意度问卷,比较两组教学效果。结果:实验组实习医师出科考技能考核成绩、腹腔镜操作技能得分及对实习带教模式满意度均高于对照组。结论:腹腔镜模拟训练在妇科临床实习教学中能有效提高实习医师腹腔镜操作技能,加深学生对妇产科知识的理解,提高学生对妇产科的实习兴趣及满意度。Objective:To train five-year clinical medical students in laparoscopic theory and skills during gynecological practice,and to explore the application effect of this model in five-year gynecological clinical practice.Methods:Eighty five-year interns in Grade 2012 and Grade 2013 from the Third Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University were randomly divided into two groups.Forty people were set as control group.Traditional teaching mode + free practice was adopted.Another 40 interns from the same batch were included in the experimental group. Traditional teaching mode + laparoscopic skills training were adopted. Satisfaction questionnaire was issued before the end of gynecology and obstetrics practice, and the teaching effect was compared between the two groups.Result:The scores of examinations,laparoscopic operation skills and satisfaction with teaching mode of interns in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group.Conclusion:Laparoscopic simulation training in gynecological clinical practice teaching can effectively improve interns’ laparoscopic operation skills,deepen students’ understanding of Obstetrics and Gynecology knowledge,and improve students’ interest and satisfaction in obstetrics and Gynecology practice.
