摘 要:利用光学显微技术、激光粒度分析仪等实验手段,对雷蒙磨加工的锆英砂粉体进行了粒度分析和形貌观察,同时,对锆英砂和粉体进行了不同比例的级配实验.结果表明:锆英砂呈鹅卵石形状,粒度曲线为正态分布;锆英粉为不规则形状,粒度分布曲线近似正态分布.当65%锆英砂+35%锆英粉的比例级配时,所得粉体密度最大.The optical microscope and laser particle size analyzer was used to investigate the morphology and particle size distribution of zircon sand and flour processed by the Raymond mill.Meanwhile,the different proportion of zircon sand and flour size distribution was conducted.The experimental results demonstrate that the shape of zircon sand looks like cobblestone and the curve of particle size is normal distribution;The zircon flour appears to irregular shape while the particle size approach the normal distribution.The maximum bulk density is obtained when the proportion of 65%zircon sand mixed with 35%flour.
