摘　　要：在经济新常态和供给侧结构改革的大背景下,民营企业迎来新的机遇和挑战.近年来廊坊市民营企业在传统产业领域的效益不断下降,而电子商务的发展却如雨后春笋逆势而上,这无疑成为民营企业持续健康发展的新动能.为更好地调整廊坊市经济结构,同时缓解经济下行压力,民营企业应快速拓展网络经济的新战地,全方位深入融合电子商务.本文从廊坊市民营企业电子商务发展现状和机遇出发,指出其发展过程中的困境,并从政府、社会、企业三方面提出改善建议,从而推进廊坊市民营企业电子商务的升级发展.Under the background of the new economic normalization and supply-side structural reform,private enterprises have confronted new opportunities and challenges.In recent years,the benefits of private enterprises in Langfang city in the traditional industries have been declining,and ihe development of e-commerce has sprung up against the trend,which will undoubtedly become a new kinetic energy for the sustainable and healthy development of private enterprises.To adjust the economic structure and ease the downward pressure on the economy,private enterprises should rapidly expand the new battlefield of the network economy and comprehensively integrate e-commerce.Based on the current status and opportunities of e-commerce development of private enterprises,this paper presents the dilemma in the development process,and proposes improvement suggestions from the govemmenl,society and enterprises,so as to promote the upgrading of e-commerce of private enterprises in langfang.
