摘 要:压缩天然气高压储气井的高压储气方式广泛应用于国内压缩天然气加气站中,其安全性是加气站安全运行的关键。以某加气站压缩天然气高压储气井为研究对象,针对进排气接头和密封堵头2个局部危险结构,应用ANSYS有限元软件建立不同的简化力学模型,对其进行强度分析和疲劳极限计算,得出了最危险部位的应力分布和疲劳极限,并按照JB 4732-1995(2005年确认)《钢制压力容器--分析设计标准》中的相关准则对其进行应力评定及疲劳校核,为压缩天然气高压地下储气井的设计提供了参考依据。The high-pressure gas storage method of compressed natural gas high-pressure gas storage wells is widely used in domestic compressed natural gas filling stations, and its safety is the key to the safe operation of gas filling stations. A compressed natural gas high-pressure gas storage well in a gas station was taken as the research object. The different simplified mechanical models for strength analysis and the fatigue limit calculation by using ANSYS finite element software were established for the two local dangerous structures of the inlet and outlet joints and the sealing plug. The stress distribution and fatigue limit of the most dangerous parts were obtained and the stress evaluation and fatigue check were carried out according to JB 4732-1995(2005 R)Steel Pressure Vessel--Design by Analysis. It provides a reference for the design of compressed natural gas high pressure underground gas storage wells.
