中医治疗骨关节炎研究进展

摘　　要：通过回顾性分析近年来中医治疗骨关节炎的相关文献,系统地综述了骨关节炎的发病原因,以及中医治疗骨关节炎的常规方法,包括药物治疗、非药物治疗及综合治疗三种方式。其中药物治疗包括中药内服、中药熏洗及中药贴敷;非药物治疗包括针灸治疗、推拿治疗及针刀疗法。通过对各种治疗方式的综述,建议采用综合治疗方式、内外结合治疗骨关节炎。By retrospectively analyzing relevant literatures on the treatment of osteoarthritis by traditional Chinese medicine in recent years,the paper systematically reviewed the causes of osteoarthritis and conventional Methods of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of osteoarthritis,including drug therapy,non-drug therapy and comprehensive therapy.Drug therapy includes internal administration of traditional Chinese medicine,fumigation and application of traditional Chinese medicine.Non-drug therapy includes acupuncture,massage and acupotomology.Through the review of various treatment methods,it is suggested to adopt the comprehensive treatment and the combination of internal and external treatment for osteoarthritis.
