摘 要:将线性超支化磷酸酯盐聚合物(PAMAM-3-P)与脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(AEO-9)混合得到复配表面活性剂,然后对蓖麻油进行乳化,以未被乳化的油体积为评价指标,通过单因素试验优化复配条件,同时对复配物的乳液粒径进行表征。结果表明:最佳复配条件为:PAMAM-3-P与AEO-9的质量比为4∶1,此时HLB值是10.5,复配温度60℃,复配时间60min,复配表面活性剂与蓖麻油的配比为3∶0.75,该复配体系的乳液平均粒径为203.2nm。将该线性超支化磷酸酯盐聚合物复合物应用于皮革加脂,结果表明,处理后的蓝湿革柔软,增厚率明显,并具有适宜的物理力学性能。The linear hyperbranched phosphate ester polymer(PAMAM-3-P) was mixed with AEO-9 and emulsified castor oil. The volume of the emulsified volume was used as the evaluation index. The compound conditions were optimized by single factor experiment, and the emulsion particle size of the complex was characterized. The results showed that the optimum mixing conditions were HLB value of 10.5, temperature of 60 ℃ and time of 60 min, and the ratio of surfactant and castor oil was 3 ∶0.75. The linear hyperbranched phosphate polymer composite was applied to leather fatliquoring. The results showed that the treated wet blue leather was soft, with obvious thickening rate and suitable physical and mechanical properties.
