1.0%。180 newborn Xingyi bantam chickens with similar body weight were selected.Xingyi bantam chickens with 1-4 weeks old were respectively fed by daily rations with three lysine levels(0.8%,1.0%and 1.1%)and Xingyi bantam chickens with 5-7 weeks old were respectively fed by daily rations with three lysine levels(0.7%,0.9%and 1.0%)to explore the optimum lysine requirement of Xingyi bantam chickens with 1-7 weeks old and provide a reference for scientific feed of Xingyi bantam chickens.Result:Xingyi bantam chickens with 1-4 weeks old and with 5-7 weeks old fed by the daily ration with 1%lysine can obtain higher body weight, higher average daily gain weight and lower feed conversion ratio. The apparent metabolic rate of protein,Ca and P in daily ration increases with increase of lysine level in daily ration. The nutrient digestion rate of Xingyi bantam chickens with 1-4 weeks old and with 5-7 weeks old fed by the daily ration with 1%lysine is the highest among three lysine levels. In conclusion, the optimum lysine requirement of Xingyi bantam chickens with 1-7 weeks old is 1.0%.
