摘　　要：目的探讨左氧氟沙星灌注对慢性子宫内膜炎患者血清炎CRP、IL-2、TNF-α因子水平的影响。方法选取2017年1月至2018年1月入住我院的慢性子宫内膜炎患者126例,按治疗方法分为两组,每组63例。对照组采用常规治疗,研究组采用左氧氟沙星灌注治疗。比较两组血清炎性因子变化情况、治疗后有效率、发生不良反应的概率和经治疗后6个月内复发的概率。结果治疗后对照组TNF-α、CRP水平都高于研究组,IL-2水平低于研究组(P<0.05),对照组有效率低于研究组(P<0.05),对照组发生不良反应的概率高于研究组(P<0.05),对照组半年后复发率高于研究组(P<0.05)。结论在治疗慢性子宫内膜炎患者的过程当中,使用左氧氟沙星灌注效果显著,值得在临床上推广与应用。Objective To investigate the effects of levofloxacin infusion on serum inflammatory levels of CRP,IL-2 and TNF-αin patients with chronic endometritis.Methods 126 patients with chronic endometritis admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected and divided into two groups according to the treatment method,with 63 patients in each group.The control group was treated with conventional therapy,and the study group was treated with levofloxacin perfusion therapy.The changes of serum inflammatory factors,the effective rate after treatment,the probability of adverse reactions and the probability of recurrence within six months after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of TNF-αand CRP in the control group were higher than those in the study group.The level of IL-2 was lower than that in the study group(P<0.05).The effective rate of the control group was lower than that in the study group(P<0.05).The probability was higher than that of the study group(P<0.05),and the recurrence rate of the control group after half a year was higher than that of the study group(P<0.05).Conclusion in the treatment of chronic endometritis patients,the use of levofloxacin perfusion effect is significant and worth to be widely used in clinical.
