中西医结合治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中西医结合治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:72例随机分为对照组和观察组各36例。对照组口服布洛芬缓释胶囊及甲钴胺片,治疗组口服葛根汤加减及药物穴位注射。结果:治疗后VAS评分、CSR临床评分两组均有下降,观察组下降幅度大于对照组(P<0.05)。总有效率观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗神经根型颈椎病能够降低NRS评分和CSR临床评分,改善临床症状。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy. Methods: 72 patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 36 cases in each group. The control group received oral ibuprofen sustained release capsules and mecobalamin tablets while the treatment group received oral administration of modified Gegen Decoction and drug acupoint injection. Result: After treatment, the VAS score and CSR clinical score decreased in both groups and the decrease in the observation group was more than that in the control group(P<0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Integrated of traditional Chinese and western medicine could reduce the NRS score and CSR clinical score and improve clinical symptoms in the treatment of nerve root cervical spondylosis.
