针灸通督法联合化痰通络汤治疗老年缺血性脑卒中患者的临床效果及对血清GDF-15、PAI-1水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究针灸通督法联合化痰通络汤对老年缺血性脑卒中(IS)患者的神经功能恢复及对血清生长分化因子-15(GDF-15)和1型纤溶酶原激活物抑制剂(PAI-1)的影响。方法:将100例老年IS患者按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。对照组给予针灸通督法治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合化痰通络汤治疗。治疗1个月后,比较两组临床疗效,治疗前、后日常生活能力评分(Barthel指数,BI)、神经功能缺损程度评分(NDS)及血清GDF-15、PAI-1水平。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为75.0%,明显高于对照组的55.3%(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组NDS评分及血清GDF-15、PAI-1水平均显著降低,BI评分明显升高,且观察组变化更为显著(P<0.05)。结论:针灸通督法联合化痰通络汤治疗老年IS可促进患者神经功能恢复,改善日常生活能力,并能降低血清GDF-15和PAI-1水平。Objective:To explore the effects of acupuncture procedure combined with Huatan tongluo soup on nerve function recovery and serum growth differentiation factor-15(GDF-15)and plasminogen activator inhibitor-1(PAI-1)levels in elderly patients with ischemic stroke(IS).Methods:A total of 100 elderly patients with IS were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 50 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with acupuncture procedure,and those in the observation group were treated as the control group with addition of Huatan Tongluo soup.After one mouth of treatment,the clinical efficacy,the daily living ability score(Barthel index,BI)and neurological deficit scale(NDS)score and the serum GDF-15 and PAI-1 levels before and after treatment were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 75.0%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(55.3%)(P<0.05).After treatment,the NDS score and the GDF-15 and PAI-1 levels were decreased while the BI score was increased in both groups,and the changes were more marked in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture procedure combined with Huatan Tongluo soup could promote the recovery of neurological function,improve daily living ability of elderly patients with IS,and reduce the serum levels of GDF-15 and PAI-1.
